Fajrunaa lets you delete your account and your data directly from the app, at any time.
From the app
- Open Fajrunaa → Settings.
- Tap “Delete my account”.
- Receive a confirmation code by email and enter it.
- Confirm. Your request is recorded immediately.
Delay and cancellation
- After confirmation, your account and your data are scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days.
- During this 30-day grace period, you can cancel at any time from the app (“Pending deletion” screen → “Cancel deletion”).
- After 30 days, the deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Data deleted
The following are permanently deleted from our servers: your alarms (Fajr, classic alarms, prayer alarms), your preferences (location, calculation method, theme, language), your saved QR codes, and your Fajrunaa profile.
Data retained
Strictly anonymous usage statistics (a counter of triggered alarms, without any personal data) may be retained for aggregate measurement purposes — they cannot be used to identify you.
Your sign-in identifier (Google, Apple, Telegram or email) may remain if it is shared with other applications by the publisher; to delete it entirely, contact us (see below).
No longer have access to the app?
Write to us at [email protected] (men) / [email protected] (women) from the address associated with your account (or by providing your sign-in identifier). We will process your deletion request within 30 days.
